Have you tried installing it from your flash drive (or copying the files 
from your drive to your PC and then installing it)?
If it asks for a cd key try just ignoring it and continuing the 
installation.  Once it's installed just log into your Battle.net account 
to play.

Never tried any of them, so proceed at your own risk.
