Hi:
You probably will not be able to get a partition any smaller with the  
windows partitioning app.  If you study the issue you might find that  windows 
has placed some non-movable files high up in the drive and you cannot  shrink 
the drive below that point with the Microsoft partitioning app.
 
You can do it with some free downloadable partitioning tools.  The  one 
with the best reputation is Easus free partitioning app.  Download  it>Run it 
and you should have no trouble.  hope this helps.
