Acrobat can't open a .zip file so you'll have to un-zip the file first. Vista has a built-in utility to unzip files: Try downloading the file and then right-clicking it. From the popup menu choose "extract all". Then just follow the directions. A folder called PatchworkPouffeDiags will be created in the same folder that you downloaded the .zip file to. A .pdf file called PatchworkPouffeDiags.pdf will be created. Double-click this file to open it in Acrobat. That should do it.
