When I first start up my computer, it runs well. But after 10 minutes, it begins to slow down, freeze up for a moment, or when watching video, lags behind.
I run Windows XP and use Firefox for internet. I've formatted and reinstalled Windows twice. I've used Norton Anti-virus and Systemtech 8, and scanned for malware and adware and comes up clean. I've deleted cookies numerous times (usually helps for a few minutes). I've defragged a couple of times.
