In the context of a rock concert it's exactly that, Brock, joyous exclamation. "Bitches" in this case actually conveys as "friends", albeit very boisterously. Think back to the last time you laughed at a fart joke and you may be able to see how far the context is away from you. I'm not joking but I find it funny.
