I'm working on an expert survey on policies relating to localization
of ICT in African countries. By its nature this topic relates to both
language policy and ICT policy, so there are two groups of experts
I'll be attempting to reach.
Has anyone used an expert method in a study on policies in a mumber of
countires? If so I'd appreciate any references or examples. Thanks in
advance.
