| My job as a team management to delegate work out to Associates. I personally learned how to manage people and situations. Management there could be improved by communicating with each other and our Associates hardest part of the job for me was the upper management not communicating to lower management and the loss of our club manager and the new one brought in that laid off Associates including me without even meeting them just a fact of him wanting to build his own team |
Not an ideal place to have a career Policies keep changing without regards to employee regardsEach year pay raise are only of income for everyone even if other employes are not performing at the standard level There is no place for advancement when you are a hard working candidate Low pay for the amount of work and skills required The employees are terrific to work with but Management is difficult to work with This is a great job if you are going to school and work at the same time |
