Greetings. I apologize for not tracking the misuse of this mailing list, A12n-policy, which has apparently been going on for some time.
It was originally set up as a small scale substitute for a GNU Mailman list that was never created. By nature, however, it could be used by non-members and somehow the address found its way onto spam lists whose users exploited that feature. The list will now (finally) be closed. Don Osborn
