A developer is writing code to manipulate text encoded in "simplified
chinese" aka "gbk" encoding. He desires a method of getting
printouts on our postscript printers that will display the
simplified chinese characters for the text.

When he invokes GNU a2ps 4.13 with the files, what is printed is
a mismash of strange characters, none of which are chinese.

He mentions that there's something called k2ps which does
similar functionality but for Japanese Kanji characters.

Has anyone any tips on what someone needs to achive this goal?
