50% := 1- ( 1- 2^64/ N ) ^ (known key stream segments)

We choose N = 128 build on pessimistic assumptions on known key stream  
(and optimistic assumptions on the bit error rate). Each key stream  
segment is 64 bit; segments can be overlapping -- i.e., a 70bit key  
stream segments gives you six 64-bit segments.
