I tired to answer all the other question of little relevance to the  
list in PMs.

For the interest of everybody, I'll answer this one publicly:
TMTO attacks provide trade-offs between four factors: (a) storage; (b)  
computing resources; (c) cracking time; (d) cracking success rate.

If you want to increase success rate, pick which of the other three  
factors, you'd like to worsen.
