Hello. The name of cudart.dll have changed in toolkit 3.0 from cudart.dll to C:\CUDA\bin64\cudart64_30_14.dll (or when using 32bit then cudart32_30_14.dll).
I just made a copy of the file in the same directory and named it cudart.dll and everything is working fine again.
