Kraken uses the tables with 100 extra clockings, and the only tool that will generate those at a reasonable speed are made for ATI graphics cards. This process is controlled by the python script found in SVN at http://reflextor.com/trac/a51/browser/tinkering/new_ati_code/GenTable.py But setting up and building the ATI shared library can be a bit of a faff. You would probably be better off with just getting a copy. That having been said, it is likely that a second set of tables will be generated later (preferably in wintertime) to complement the Berlin set, and I would be happy to coordinate computation of further tables.
