Car, laptop, antenna and my > receiver - "Wardriving NG" ;) Its easy with the Engineering Mode of some phones, they show if a channel is hopping (you have to initiate a call or send an SMS), another indication is the Cell Allocation in the System Information, if there is only one ARFCN, its surely a non-hopping cell.
