Hi All,

I'm probably the biggest noob on the mailing list, but learning as I go, I
guess I need the "dummies guide to kraken" when it comes out. I'm trying to
set up kraken for the first time and am struggling with the "short howto" as
Frank puts it in
http://lists.lists.reflextor.com/pipermail/a51/2010-July/000683.html. I've
went through all the posts since, but it took me a while and I'm a bit more
confused with information overload.

Set up is: 64 bit Ubuntu 10.10, 2TB Esata drive mounted as /dev/sdb1
,Radeon GPU

So far with some help from Andi,

- I've since played around with ubuntu maverick and set X11 to use fglrx,
tested and works,
- Added a file called "48-disk.rules" into /etc/udev/rules.d/ that has the
line "KERNEL=="sdb1", OWNER="myuserusername"
- Then chown'ed myusername to /media/diskname
- Then went into /media/diskname/ (drive from sascha) and added a file
called "tables.conf" with the line "Device: /"dev/sdb1" in the main
directory
- Then symlinked a51_table_xxx.dlt to xxx.dlt for each file

Does this seem ok so far?

>From there have copied Behemoth.py and pasted it onto the /media/diskname
with the tables.
I get the error message when running it:

"Traceback (most recent call last):
"File "./Behemoth.py", line 134, in <module>
c = AddRecurse(sys.argv[1],"",c)
IndexError: list index out of range"

Any help would be appreciated?

So once Behemoth.py is set up and working fine, do I just copy the
reflextor.com/trac/a51/browser/tinkering/Kraken folder in my home directory
then A5Ati.so into that Kraken folder and then run build.sh? or is the
anything else?

Thanks
Alex
