I am interesting the same question how can be decrypt GSM data when we know Kc 
info from our mobile (debug mode).
Sagem T260  for example  Kc info =  30 6A 62 0B C9 42 0C 00 00 
                                      TMSI /CIPHERING= 10 03 C8 89    Algo A5/1
