Yes, it produces the similar results. I had checked it before posting my
previous email. The only thing I don't see when running a5il_test is "Switch
to
single.Switch to single.Switch to double.Switch to double".

Does the test chain generator produce any output ? This should be the
first step to verify if the new kernel is working.
