Thanks for your reply. So now the question is, does it help to have 4 SSDs of
512GB each on 2 raid0 instead of a single raid0 with 2 SSDs of 1024GB?I'm
asking because I don't know exactly how kraken works...

At some point it does become important, but I think you can optimize
your storage situation quite a bit first.
