Thanks to all who emailed me as soon as they noticed the loop. I
only receive this list on digest.
        I was able to catch it and purge all 32,000 of those error 
messages in the mail queue before they went out to the entire list. It looks like a
couple hundred got out before I was able to catch it.
        Keep in mind that all requests that go through the web form are
personally approved by me. There's usually a backlog of 20-50 requests,
since no one seems to want to volunteer to help me do the approvals.
(hint.. hint :-) 
        I don't like having to do all the lists by approval. Once upon a
time all the lists were open, but I started having alot of  problems with
spammers slipping in, spamming, then leaving. People started complaining,
so I was forced to set the lists to approval only. 
        Until I can get some volunteer help to screen the admin requests,
please be patient with the admin requests. Thanks!
