For what it's worth, I totally agree with Phil. The K: should force people
to identify the tonic. K:G or K:Em is much better than K:^f. When the
tonic seems to change throughout the piece, the usual practice is to use
the starting tonic.
I don't think the abc standard should allow K:^g _a ^b
