Okay, it's still not documented anywhere near as thoroughly as I would
like, but I've been promising to upload it for months. In the aerospace
industry we have a saying that in the life of every project the time comes
when you simply have to shoot the scientists, lay off the engineers, and
start shipping the product.
The source and the compiled executable (32-bit windoze) are available
separately, and there is also an html document describing most of the new
features. That html document is also the program documentation and is
included in the zip with the executable file.
