The problem is that the viol and flute parts aren't supposed to have
barlines at all. And only the lute part is supposed to have the repeats
written out in full...

There are a couple of other details as well - maybe this kind of music
isn't suitable for ABC at all?

The piece isn't ready for Musica Viva yet, but in case anybody wants to
