The release of abcm2ps comes with the transcription of Stan Getz's solo on Desafinado. 
You can also check John Chamber's Tune Finder:

There is not much bossas but the melody of Desafinado can be retrieved. You can have a 
look to a gif of the score and to the abc file as well. Maybe you will be able to 
assess the difficulty to write abc files for bossas.
