[abcusers] ABC Home Page down/Inaccessible

Does anyone know why the ABC home page should generate the following
message?


"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /~c.walshaw/abc/ on this server.
Apache/1.3.9 Server at www.gre.ac.uk Port 80"

The site seemed to be down over the break, and now I'm apparently trying
to enter forbidden territory!
