In general you can answer this question by going to the abc home page:

Frank Nordberg also has a comprehensive searchable list of abc software
for all platforms at:

But the simple answer is first get BarFly from:
http://rbu01.ed-rbu.mrc.ac.uk/barflystuff/barflypage.html
which will do almost everything you want to do with abc except output
publication-quality postscript.
For that, you can use yaps (from the same url), or abc4mac from:
http://www.geocities.com/Nashville/7088
