You don't get any fewer messages, but instead of getting them as individual e-mails, you get a dozen or so of them in a single e-mail. Go to http://www.tullochgorm.com/lists.html and click where it says "Scots-I". From the menu that pops up, choose "abcusers" and unsubscribe. Then choose "abcusers-digest" from the same menu, and subscribe.
