i'm altering abc2ps at the moment to put in an index and fix a few irritating
quirks, if i remember, I''ll pick up where this reset happens and tell you
so that you can fix it. I'd introduce a new command line switch like
--no-reset-pgno so that yer abc2ps still looks `normal'
