I think the b's and #'s in something like "Eb7" should be super-scripted, 
that is raised so that the middle align with the top of the E (or something 
like this...). And although I *really* love the ability now to use \b and 
stuff, I think a more elegant way be for abcm2ps to automatically detect that 
the "b" in "Eb7" is an accidental and therefore should be typeset with the 
accidental-font instead of the regular guitarchordfont. Might be a bit tricky 
to implement, but still...
