Yes and no. You can use something like:

X:1
T:Chord example 1
M:C
L:1/4
K:C
"C G G7 C"G4|

If necessary, you can add a number of y's after the note to get the
spacing right:

X:2
T:Chord example 2
M:C
L:1/4
K:C
"C G G7 C"G4yyy|"F"A2 F2|

It's hard to get the spacing right, though, and it'll be display only.
NI don't think any ABC player or abc-midi converters are able to handle it.
