This looks really bad, but I don't think Andrew is the main offender
here. The file you refer to is an archive of tunes posted at the
Fiddle-L list. So it's probably some unknown member of that list who's
to blame.
Maintaining such an archive is rather difficult sometimes. The abcusers
tune archive at
http://www.musicaviva.com/abc/abcusers/index.tpl
follows a slightly different policy. I try to screen out any copyright
protected music, and I always try to contact the transcriber if (s)he
didn't post it him/herself. Even so I can't be absolutely sure I haven't
messed it up now and then.
