[abcusers] abcmr-0.0.2. Whole bar rests compress into multimeasure rests

Hi Folks,

I've attached a new version of abcmr. This program take an input abc file and compress 
a sequence 
of whole rests into a multimeasure rest (Zn). Take a look to README to know more.
