Hello developers,
I have no experience in Windows programming excluding the Cygwin
environment, and I need to write a very simple program that uses the Win32
API.
All I need is a command line program that emits a sound of given pitch and
duration, like:
C:\> beep 440 250
which should beep an A at 440Hz for 250 msecs.
I can write such a program with Turbo Pascal/C++ or djgpp, but the resulting
program is for DOS and won't work in WinNT/2000/XP.
Can anyone provide me with some sample code? I use Cygnus' gcc.
Thanks,
Guido =8-)
