Imo the Danish tune does not begin to be Jenny Lind (except under that 
convention that any two tunes in the same key(s) with roughly the same
phrasing and 1-2 similar runs are the same tune.)

It does not resemble (at least the English version of) a tune called "Heel 
and Toe" that I know of (presumably for the dance of the same name).

Whether it's a Danish Tune for the Heel and Toe Polka _dance_ I couldnt 
guess
