abc4mac uses the approach of wrapping abc2ps (and abcmidi) in a basic
UI that just allows you to put up a file dialog and then invokes the main
of abc2ps with the file as an argument.

On OS X, you can simply compile and run from the command line.

I'll put the source for abc4mac up where people can get it - unfortunately
my "free" web provider has started cutting me off at 3 GB per month,
so I need to find a different place for it... I'll try to do it this weekend
(if I get finished doing my taxes...)
