I'm really sorry. What I'm trying to accomplish is this: since my individual requests are not heard, maybe more pressure will work, so when the members are as fed up as I am, maybe the pressure will be sufficient to make the owner move. I understand you can't agree with this, but where is the owner first of all? He's supposed to be RESPONSIBLE.
