I would view these as common ornaments/gracings which we 
would define as e.g. !taorluath-a-mach! and !crunluath-a-mach! 
just like many other "strange musical symbols" are defined in abc.
With definitions such as U:T=!taorluath-a-mach! you could simply 
write a T in the abc and have it display as an upside-down T.
Postscript effects are not a good thing to introduce into standard 
abc, because they might not transfer easily to other (non-
Postscript) environments.
BTW, I would say both the T's and C's are rotated 180 degrees.
