BarFly is an abc program for the Apple Macintosh: <http://www.barfly.dial.pipex.com> If you don't use a Mac it won't be any use to you. Currently, I don't think any other programs support macros, however, some time ago somebody on this list wrote a perl script to expand BarFly-style macros. Unfortunately I've forgotten where it is.
