I've had jcabc2ps in sourceforge's cvs for a few years. This should make it possible for others to contribute to it, though I'm quite fuzzy about just how cvs handles this. There are the obvious access-control questions that I can't answer. I'd think that, if jef agrees, we might consider trying to create a merged abc2ps on sourceforge and try to develop a group of developers.
