When and why and by whom was decided to use +...+ instead of !...! for decorations ( e.g. +trill+ used to be !trill! ) ?
I have just joined this mailinglist so I could also ask: where can I find an archive of older threads/postings ? Which software is compatible with this new (?) notation ?
