As far as a name goes, there's a project on sourceforge established for this purpose and just waiting for members and someone more experienced than I to head it up, on sourceforge, a great collaborative development environment. I've called it "AlphabetSoup' but that name is certainly up for debate. Perhaps something more along the lines for ABCp would be more appropriate.

I question the idea of it being a .dll... the purpose of this is to be a universal parser for software written in any language, and on any platform.
