[abcusers] Complex meter and Tempo

Reading the ABC draft 2.0 standard it's not clear to me what a meter 
like (2+4+2)/8 should be used. And the parenthesis should be printed 
only for the numerator?

And what about a tempo like Q:1/4 3/8 1/4 3/8=40?
Could someone help me understanding?
