Ok, we've got the requisite minimum 3 votes from the Incubator PPMC to proceed with the 0.2.0 release. I'm working on updating the regular binary distibution. It would be helpful if one of the Maven experts could update the 0.2.0 images in the Maven repository. I'll post a draft release note shortly.
Note that I'm fairly certain they should be in the incubator maven repository, not the main one, although I'm not a maven person, so I'm really not sure of the details here... -garrett
