FYI... This week I started refactoring quite a bit of the server code to improve code organization, reduce the number of interfaces, and make provider implementations a bit more flexible when it comes to how requests are routed and processed. I will be checking the changes in shortly. Those of you interested in the server code, please be on the lookout for the commit and let me know if you have any problem with the changes.
