Due to a variety of IPR related issues, it appears that we really shouldn't be shipping the Bouncy castle jar. There are a couple of places where bc is being used but their all optional. I'm going to go through and soften the dependency and remove bc from the distribution for both the trunk and the 0.3.0 branch.
