I'm all for referring to Jira issues in commits, but for those of us
who don't have an encyclopedic memory of what each and every jira is
actually about this log message is essentially useless. Including a
brief summary of what you're doing would be extremely useful, along
with a reference to the Jira issue so you can see where the change
came from.
