Initial comments. In section 4. If you intend this to work with ABFAB, the SAML profile defined in draft-ietf-abfab-aaa-saml is probably a better basis than the web SSO SAML profile. If you think Web SSO is still a better basis then adding text explaining why would be helpful.
Section 3: The explanation of the e parameter is more clear. I think we may need more experience to determine whether the parameters to the transform function are correct, but the current draft is much more clear about what you're trying to accomplish than the previous draft. --Sam
