It's a character property, so if it goes anywhere, it should eventually be
in the font dialog.
For now though, I'd suggest that we hold off on redesigning that dialog for
a while, and probably not until after 1.0. We'll eventually want to unify
the various platform font dialogs and add formatter support for a bunch of
additional character-level properties (like various underscore types, etc.).
The right time to redesign that dialog is when folks are ready to add
support for a *bunch* of those more sophisticated properties. Incrementally
redoing that dialog for every single new property is a pain for folks doing
the ports, and confusing for users.
In the mean time, there are plenty of:
- existing dialogs to finish (zoom, break, paragraph, options) and
- new dialogs to add (tabs, insert date and time, page setup, etc.).
It's not like we're short on pre-1.0 UI work without this. :-)
