Release Critical Bugs

I've created a new web page for release critical bugs.
It's at http://www.abisource.com/dev/release_critical.phtml

These bugs need to be fixed ASAP, so we can begin making
binaries for 0.7.12.  If you are listed next to a bug,
and you can't do it, please let people know.  If you
want one of these bugs, email me, or the list, or just
write the patch :-).
