I'd like to get that nametab.h problem resolved. Here's an idea:
The problem is occurring during the build of expat, the XML
parser we use, written by James Clark.
If you're having this problem on your system, try downloading
the latest expat and build that. It's at
ftp://ftp.jclark.com/pub/xml/expat.zip
On my Linux system, I was able to grab this file, unzip,
cd into the directory, and type make. It built with no
problems.
