If I paste something with the paste button, I expect it to be what I last
copied, not what is currently selected. I have been annoyed several times by
kwrite when I do the following:
1. Highlight section A which I want to replace section B with.
2. Hit cut or copy.
3. Highlight section B.
4. Hit paste.
The correct behavior in this case is to replace B with A. What actually happens
is B remains and the highlighting disappears. If I want to paste the current
selection, I will hit the middle button, not the Paste button.
